I couldn’t believe a CEO would say that out loud!  What is he ‘Good-Time-Charlie”?

Anyone who has been in business for more than 5 years knows things go up and down.  There is no smooth ride in business.  That’s the fun!

So I realized that all the leaders we write books about or avidly read their autobiographies were leaders that got us through challenges.  Lee Iacocca, Jack Welch, Rudy Giuliani, all were leaders that gave us hope during dark days.

So leaders stretch to a challenge, followers shrink from a challenge.

Be a leader.  Stretch yourself; the rewards are far greater than can be measured

The best definition of success I’ve ever read is:

"Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal" 

Success seems to be the person, or entrepreneur, who starts his/her own business because it is their dream. they persue what they want, and become the best they can to fulfill their vision.

Rollo May says in his book, "Man’s Search For Himself"  ‘The opposite of courage in our society is not cowardice…it is conformity.’  

There are all kinds of books and seminars out there to teach you the secret to success.

I’ve found the best one:  Passion. 

If you are passionate about what you do, as they say, there is no labor in love, you will succeed.

So, set a fire in yourself about your business.  Keep it fuled with good thoughts, a strong support team, and build solid business relationships

That’s what Leads Clubs are all about.
