The purpose of Ali Lassen’s Leads Club is to assist you in getting good business referrals that will expand your business success.
Leads Club is dedicated to maximizing the use of your time and resources to get good business referrals. To accomplish this goal, Leads Club uses a method of spaced, timed, repetition of information.
Leads Club is not in competition with other group or clubs, nor are we a social club. We are an advertising service dedicated to increasing members’ business success.
Calabassas Leads Club meetes each WEdnesday morning at 7:15 AM at Weilers Deli 22323 Sherman Way in Canoga Park.

A quote I read recently came from A Lou Vickery. He said, "Four short words sum up what has lifted most successful individuals above the crowd: a little bit more. They did all that was expected of them and a little bit more."

In our current financial climate, it’s going to be that extra touch, that extra effort, that little bit more that will make or break a sale, or a returning customer.

I don’t know if you remember the condition Japan was in after WWII, the country was beyond broke, beyond destitute, beyond starvation. W. Edwards Deming went to Japan and turned around the entire economic condition.

He said:

Set an example; Quality is word one.
Be a good listener, but not compromise;
Continually teach other.

The products and services we get from Japan today are a dierct result of W. Edwards Deming. The commitment to excellence and quality that Japan strives for is a result of the teachings Deming gave generously. David Salsburg wrote:

"He was known for his kindness to and consideration for those he worked with, for his robust, if very subtle, humor, and for his interest in music. He sang in a choir, played drums and flute, and published several original pieces of sacred music."
