Muscles are very interesting thngs.  They only improve when you use them.

  No one ever won a gold medal at the Olympics by not working a few medals.  But it’s a  funny thing, in business we get soft, we stop doing the things that keep our business growing.  We stop going to meetings, we thing an email message is the same as a personal conversation, we stop networking. 

Networking is business.  You can’t get around that one.  So, surrender to networking, make it a game, fun and challenging.  Keep your networking ideas fresh, allow yourself to be inspired by someone else in business.

Remember; the more you use your networking muscle the stronger they get.
